This letter is to serve notice the name “Heartpeople” is trademarked in July 1999 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as allowed by federal law.

My name is Robert Keith Phillips, COO and managing partner of Heartpeopled Productions LLC located in Dayton, Ohio.

I am writing to advise that on July 27, 1999 our LLC partner Devon Hansen registered the word Heartpeople Reg. No. 2,26,967 (USPTO) was registered with the United State Patent and Trademark Office.

It is my hope and intent you will voluntary reframe from using the word(s) “heartpeople” in any and all your products.

You may or may not have been previously notified about the use of the name, but now and because of licensing issues with major companies it must be stressed that continual use of “heartpeople” will be classified as infringements and is cause for damages as allowed by law.
